Big Fork Bacon Sausage is made in Chicago, free of preservatives, MSG, nitrates, hormones, antibiotics, artificial flavors and colors. These naturally encased sausages are minimally processed and made exclusively with Niman Ranch, center cut, bacon and pork. All of the hogs eat an entirely vegetarian diet, and are raised outdoors or in deeply bedded pens, where they are able to express their natural instinctive behaviors, like rooting and roaming. You can taste the difference in these bacony brats!
