Their milk comes from small, sustainable Amish and Mennonite farms in the Kalona, Iowa, community where the average herd is 35 cows. The milk is processed at the lowest temperature possible, allowing them to deliver products in their most natural state. That means Kalona Supernatural™ products not only taste fresh, they are fresh. Because their milk is non-homogenized the cream naturally floats to the top and thickens. This is the true sign of milk in its natural state. Kalona SuperNatural™ cream top yogurts are low in sugar, low in carbohydrates, and low in calories (120-144 calories for 5% yogurts). No stabilizing additives such as guar gum are used. These yogurts have a natural texture like a homemade or European yogurt and all have a cream top.

Kalona butter

Butter

Kalona SuperNatural™ butter is made with fresh cream and is excellent for cooking and baking. The yellow color comes from the pasture grazed diet of the cows. Celtic Sea Salt®, an unprocessed whole salt that is hand-harvested on the Brittany Coast of France, is used to create the Lightly Salted Butter.
