Uncle Pete’s is a family owned and operated business producing a flavor-packed, one of a kind sweet-hot mustard. Carrying on the Polish tradition of “Uncle Pete” for four generations, the Dietman family produces and packages their “Polish wasabi” for a cult following enjoyed on sandwiches, with sausages, incorporated into dressings or simply paired with a pretzel.
