Brian Gartrell

Brian Gartrell serves as our Chief Human Resources Officer and has responsibility for the full employee life cycle including talent acquisition, engagement, talent management and development, as well as total rewards and benefits.

Brian has over 20 years of HR experience specifically in the supply chain, transportation, and distribution industry working in multiple sectors including small package, retail, and food distribution. Brian also spent time working in distribution center operations which provides a unique perspective and approach when partnering with other departments.

Having grown up in four different states in the Midwest, Brian has resided in the suburbs of Chicago for over 20 years now with his wife and three kids. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
