You're invite to our next MK Wine Dinner, featuring a special partnership with Fortune Fish Company, benefiting Sea Share. [video here!]
Many of us have made a career and a life using the resources of the seafood industry for our restaurants and within our homes, having had access to some of the best and healthiest food on the planet. As you know, seafood is not the most affordable way to feed your family, and many of the unemployed or underemployed do not have access to this excellent source of protein. Our goal is to help raise awareness of what Sea Share is doing for our communities, as a leading organization that shares the goal to provide these proteins to those that rarely, if not ever, have access to them. We are asking for your help with this objective!
Please Join us for a special menu with wine pairings that chef Erick Williams and chef Michael Kornick have put together.
For those of us who have made a career in the restaurant and hospitality industry, seafood has always presented a bit of a quandary. We know that is a healthy source of protein, and has always been a mainstay in the culinary world. But for many Americans, the price of seafood has made it inaccessible as we are forced to choose between eating sub-par products or only enjoying it on special occasions. Sea Share is committed to changing this, providing families with the opportunity to enjoy the bounty of sea without it being considered a luxury item. We ask you for you help in achieving this!
