Red Barns Family Farms creates artisan cheese made with humanely produced milk from small family farms. All farms are family owned and operated, averaging 55 cows per farm, cows are pasture-raised, all farms are certified by the American Humane Association. The farmers partner with three World Class Cheesemakers in Northeast Wisconins to handcraft their cheeses.
