In 1989 the Biliniski's family business began creating a better-for-you sausage made from chicken. This was the first sausage of its kind.  Bilinski's aims for simplicity in their recipes so that all the flavors have a chance to shine through.  Chicken used is always antibiotic-free and all products are Certified Organic.  With the chicken the products contain a gourmet blend of organic vegetables, herbs and spices that have been grown without herbicides or pesticides, and are traceable to the farm where they were grown. The animals are raised without antibiotics or growth hormones and are fed a 100% vegetarian diet.  Only skinless chicken is used to make the products as well, resulting in a lower fat end product.  Certified Organic,Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free, Soy-Free, no Nitrates or Nitrites, GMO-Free.  Frozen product so you can take out only what you need.
