Concept Pa uses a fusion of advanced technology and the most artisanal processes to bring us food staples from all culinary cultures, including CRYSTAL BREADS®.  CRYSTAL BREADS® is defined by the extraordinary crunchy texture of its crust and lightness of its crumb, which is almost nonexistent and makes it almost completely translucent.

Pan de Cristal

This Catalonian bread was developed using a high-hydration dough, producing a thin, crisp, delicate crust with an exceptionally light and open crumb. Excellent for traditional Pa Amb Tomaquet, or for any recipes to showcase quality ingredients.  Precooked and frozen at -19° C.  It takes only 5-8 minutes to prepare, bake and serve.
