The story of La Panzanella begins in 1990 in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. An Italian immigrant started the La Panzanella ® Bakery and Deli to supply bread to local restaurants. In 1997, his mother came to visit from Italy. While she was visiting, she recreated her own recipe to bake the first Croccantini ® , “crunchy little bite” in Italian. In 2003, La Panzanella Artisanal Foods Company was created. The Croccantini crackers and Dolcetini ® artisan cookies are crafted using the same clean, simple ingredients you find in your own kitchen. In 2019, they became part of the Dare Foods Ltd. family of brands enabling them to serve customers better and ensure fresh quality products. Their passion is to make the very best artisanal foods inspired by traditional regional recipes that have been perfected over generations
