Born of a vision of Chef Steve Gonzalez and former creative director Scott Ketchum, Sfoglini Pasta finally became a reality in July 2012. Steve and Scott wanted to bring superior, locally produced pasta to New York City. These artisanal pastas are made of organic durum semolina in traditional cuts.
