Malagash

These medium standard oysters are grown in the Malagash Basin on the north shore of Nova Scotia.  At 3-3½ inches Malagash oysters have a mildly salty flavor with a slightly smoky, mineral finish.  

 

Tasting Notes: mild brine, smoky mineral finish
