Sausage

All of D’Artagnan’s sausages are made according to our own exclusive recipes using all natural ingredients with no preservatives or artificial fillers, flavors, or colors. We have a variety of collections including Game Sausages (raw), Chicken Sausages (fully cooked), and Pork Sausages (fully cooked). They are always handmade in small batches from our high quality premium raw material.

Bacon

D'Artagnan bacon is made from heritage pork, pasture raised without hormones or antibiotics. A cooperative of family farms raises the hogs humanely, at low density, allowing their natural behaviors. Our bacon begins with the best raw product, brined without nitrates, nitrites or artificial ingredients, and smoked over natural wood chips. Our duck bacon is made from Moulard ducks, raised humanely on a small farm in New York State.
