This pure sheep's milk cheese is seasoned with mint leaves and is made with non-animal rennet. Instead of melting when cooked, Halloumi browns beautifully, especially when grilled. The unique "squeaky" mouth feel and hearty taste sets this cheese apart from others and is excellent served fresh in a salad on on a sandwich.
