This year is different with streets still empty due to shelter in place restrictions, slowly but surely we are starting to see things begin to open up with new guidance from our local governments but along with that comes new ways to work with lower capacities, and wearing a face mask is the new normal. On the bright side, the start of summer, warm weather, a little rain, and grilling season is here.
Food establishments are slowly starting to open with limited occupancy, social distancing and a lot of carry out, businesses must quickly adapt to the new ways. Welcome to the new ways of dining out. People are optimistic about things going back to a altered normalacy. It is time to celebrate making it through these tough times and moving on to the next phase, for we have been locked up for the last few months. For cocktails, mocktails and drink kits Fortune has a full selection of Perfect Purees available with flavors like Coconut, Mango, Passion Fruit, Morello Cherry, Papaya just to name a few. With things changing both in the front and back of the house, this is a good time to look at some of the great finished frozen items that Fortune offers. Let's look at the products from ‘Taste It.’ We have their delicious Tiramisu along with a Crunchy Almond Cake and a delicious Limoncello Cake. All three come in trays, just cut in any size portion and serve. For our vegan fans, Fortune has a ready to bake croissant for breakfast, along with ‘Nat’s’, Raw & Healthy Cakes with flavors like Mango-Lime, Very Berry, Chocolate & Caramel and even vegan Tiramisu to be enjoyed at any time of the day. Without parade, but, with great fanfare, our first substantial Copper River Salmon shipment is finally hitting the docks. We are expecting fresh Sockeye for weekend sales, just in time for the beautiful patio weather. Like harbingers of better times, the salmon are swimming once again and we have them ready to get your business back to buzzing.
