Earth Dinners are an annual series of events sponsored by Chefs Collaborative and Organic Valley to promote local, sustainable, and organic foods – and restaurants!  Over 100 restaurants across the country participated last year, and donated a portion of the proceeds to Chefs Collaborative.  Fortune Fish & Gourmet would like to encourage our customers to participate in Earth Dinners by hosting a challenge.  The Fortune Fish & Gourmet customer whose Earth Dinner raises the most money for Chefs Collaborative will receive a complimentary pass to the 2013 Sustainable Food Summit, including airfare, accommodations, all meals and Summit events.
