In 1992, Amy Kurzawski, founder of AmyLu, pioneered the chicken sausage category. Working by her grandfather’s side in their family’s traditional sausage company, she saw an opportunity to make a healthier, pork-free product to meet the growing interest in healthy foods. Today, the AmyLu line up contains almost fifty delicious flavors, including meatballs and burgers, all developed in Amy’s kitchen and made from simple all-natural ingredients, ABF with no nitrates or nitrites.
