Founder Tracy Wilkinson-Claros moved from England to Austin, Texas in 2004 with the intent of introducing authentic artisan British hot puddings to the United States. These are restaurant quality desserts baked for customers to enjoy at home, or for restaurants to serve to their customers. Tracy named the company after a dessert - sticky toffee pudding - which is traditional to Tracy's home region, the Lake District of England. These desserts come frozen and are quick and easy to prepare in the microwave or oven. Baked in small batches in Illinois, with an emphasis on fresh and natural ingredients. The desserts have been awarded the Gold Award for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation at the New York Fancy Food Show multiple times.
