Beach Plum oysters are raised in Buzzard Bay across from the mouth of the Westport River.  This location and the rolling tides of the bay gives the oysters a light brine with a sweet earthy finish that lingers.   Each oyster is 3 ¹/4  to  3 ¹/2 inches in size.
