CDK Farm is one of the backbones of the Fortune Farmed program.  Chad Bicker and his wife purchased a farm house with four pastures to return to their farming heritage.  Chad raises 100% Black Angus cattle from birth to harvest.  This cow calving operation provides constant improvement of already superior genetics.  The feeding and raising processes result in incredibly well marbled meat with a clean flavor.  The cattle are pasture raised without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.  These grass-fed animals are grain finished to add beautiful marbling to the beef.  The farm is located 15 minutes from the processing facility keeping the stress of the animals low and the carbon footprint to a minimum.  A small number of animals are processed weekly and standing orders are preferred for individual cuts.
