Foie Gras

Prepared Foie Gras
Our foie gras comes from Moulard ducks raised humanely in a low-stress environment on a New York State farm. They are fed a diet of corn, soy and fresh clean water, with no hormones or antibiotics ever used. D’Artagnan’s Torchon is made from duck foie gras, bathed in Sauternes and little else. Cheesecloth is used to form the hand deveined foie gras into a cylindrical shape which is gently poached, creating an exceptionally smooth and silky texture.
