The Kilgus Family manages their dairy farm with great pride.  As part of this operation, the farmstead has a small number of milk fed veal calves available for meat consumption.  A small, family farm raised veal program is unique and availability is limited.  Fortune offers Kilgus veal by the whole carcass on a preorder basis.
