St. James Smokehouse Scotch Reserve® Award-winning Scottish smoked salmon is handcrafted in their traditional smokehouse located in the Royal Burgh of Annan, Scotland. Using only the finest sustainable Scottish salmon, each fillet is hand-cured with a blend of pure sea salt and Demerara sugar—then naturally cold smoked over smoldering oak chippings. Each smoked salmon fillet is fully trimmed by hand and vacuum-sealed to capture that “Fresh Out The Smoker” taste. St. James Smokehouse uses only natural, fresh and sustainable raw materials and strictly forbids the use of artificial flavours or preservatives.
