A crisp, briny tasting, small to medium size oyster with a uniformly shaped shell; Similar to Buzzards Bay oyster. Wild harvested from the clear cold Atlantic Ocean waters, off Narragansett Bay, each oyster has a wonderful copper color and are hard shelled for ease of opening. A classic oyster which presents beautifully on the half-shell, each firm plump meat is crisp and moderately salty.
