These lovely oysters are grown in fisher island off the Connecticut coast.  Cultivated to be almost round in appearance, they have strong, aesthetically well-cupped shells.  The flavor is balanced with a delicate salt content and sweet, lingering liquor.  Very appealing to all of the senses with a rich and creamy finish.
