Chelsea Gems are mild and briny with a clean cucumber, horseradish start and a mineral finish. They are grown in a rack and bag system off the bottom of the eastern shore of Eld Inlet in lower Puget Sound.  Chelsea Gems are tide tumbled and approximately 2¾ inches in size.
